Best way I found to get them out is use A LOT of penetrating oil, take the nut off, and use a long breaker bar on the bolt head. Keep trying to break the bolt free by tightening and loosing it back and forth and get a friend to keep spraying the oil.UPDATE: * I was able to remove the mounting bolt that didn't have much clearance by using a breaker bar pry bar in between the top plate and the spring.
