The NP203 is easy to identify as it's a large cast iron housing with an aluminum tail housing. 1988 Dodge AW450 Ramcharger-318TBI-NP435-NP205-D60s.X2 on looks like a NP-205. 3rd pic 205 on left 4th pic 205 on right. Rich is correct. The small round plate on back of tranny with three bolts. mean np205, 203 doesn't have the plate. And since a pic is worth a 1000 words.
