We really pushed the numbers with this one and the dyno doesn't lie. Our Stage 3 22RE EFI crawler camshaft makes power! From 2500 all the way to 7000 RPM, this thing has a wide center and loves high RPM! Great for a heavy rig with a healthy engine, heavily ported cylinder head, header, high flow exhaust, and a good intake system.22RE White Smoke. So I am getting white smoke out of my exhaust which means coolant is getting into the cylinder (s). I just rebuilt this engine using all LC Engineering components and the only thing that I reused was the bare block from the old engine. The head is brand new and the block was machined and magnafluxed.I think it balanced the air flow requirement somewhat. Exhausting a 22RE is another issue, however, the above modifications should be fine on 22RE (except for the air filter mod). That's just my worthless opinion.
